This week’s job opportunity is available to those with a PhD in Anthropology or those that will have a PhD in Anthropology by September 15, 2018.

The Department of Anthropology and Museum Studies in the College of the Sciences at Central Washington University invites applications for a non-tenure track, full-time lecturer (with benefits) in Medical Anthropology for the 2018-2019 academic year, with the possibility of applying for a tenure-track position for 2019-2020. We are seeking a social or bio-cultural anthropologist with expertise in critical medical anthropology and global health. The successful candidate may have expertise in environment and health, social epidemiology, health disparities, social justice, migration and health, and/or medical pluralism. Geographical area open, but areas of interest include Africa, Asia, Southeast Asia, Latin America, or the Middle East.
