Strategic Planning and Management Committee

The Strategic Planning and Management Committee (SPMC) observe, identify and provide action-focused guidance to NAPA committees.  This includes strategically synthesizing the work of each committee, offering digestible and actionable work that can be executed in a timely manner.  SPMC works to bridge relationships with the Governing Council and NAPA committees.
