For those of you who enjoy video gaming, and apparently your numbers are legion, how would you like to work in the field? Microsoft has posted a position for an Xbox Researcher in Redmond, WA. It was posted in March but seems to still be open.

Requirements include an advanced degree, mixed methods, and research project experience. A love of the game is also suggested.

Along different lines, CENTRA Technology, Inc., in Arlington, VA, has an open position for a junior or mid-level Research Analyst for a firm that conducts national security-themed events. The analyst will conduct research on international affairs and national security topics, support conferences and workshops, and provide substantive, logistical, and administrative services on a wide array of regional and functional topics.

Requirements include an undergraduate degree and international experience. A foreign language and experience in a national security profession are preferred.
