AnthroJobs is back from hiatus, thank you for your patience! We have some interesting positions in this week’s review. Medical, evaluation, and similarly inclined anthropologists should be particularly intrigued about the positions with LTG Associates. Pew is also searching for a mid-career anthropologist to work as a senior officer of human dimensions in conservation science.
LTG Associates, is the oldest anthropologically based consulting firm in North America. We specialize in access, appropriateness, and quality of health and human services and have worked throughout the US and its Territories and Freely Associated States as well as 50 countries internationally.
LTG Associates is searching for an anthropologist who is fluent in oral and written French to work on a short-term assignment. The core of the assignment will be to remotely interview a small number of French speakers regarding a medical therapy; all interviews will be conducted in French and then translated into English. The project will also require translation of the interview guide from English to French. Interviews are expected to be conducted in the late spring however staffing decisions will be made by early February.
Additionally, LTG Associates is searching for an anthropologist who is fluent in oral and written Danish to work on another short-term assignment. As with the previous, the core of the assignment will be to remotely interview a small number of Danish speakers regarding a medical therapy; all interviews will be conducted in Danish and then translated into English. The project will also require translation of the interview guide from English to Danish.
