How easily can you navigate NAPA’s new website? Under the Discover link above, you will find all the information about NAPA: background on the association and committees, how to join and volunteer, NAPA’s mission and history… it’s all there!
Under the Practice link (click the link or use the dropdown menu), you’ll find information related to the practice of anthropology. What it’s all about, where it goes, and many other details and descriptions.
Under Mentoring/Career, you will discover the mother lode of information related to pursuing a career in practicing and applied anthropology. Finding and gaining from an internship; resume tips; suggestions from professionals and other professional development; job listings; and of course the very popular mentoring program.
The website redesign is based on an analysis done by an anthropological design class at U North Texas. A student from that class, Brandon Meyer, has spearheaded the new design of the site and is the new website coordinator! New content has been developed by members of the NAPA Communications Committee.
Be sure to use the Contact Us form under the Communicate menu to submit your suggestions on content you’d like to see, or any feedback you have!
