The Institute for Community Health is searching for a Research Associate in Malden, MA. ICH works in five service areas, program evaluation, needs assessment and surveillance, research, strategic planning, and training and TA in order to improve community health. ICH works both locally and nationally in communities with ethnically, economically, and culturally diverse populations. ICH has a strong tradition of collaborating with city agencies, community organizations, and academic institutions. The Research Associate is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day activities of projects under supervision of a team’s Project Manager, including: coordinate project and community partner meetings; develop IRB applications and maintain IRB documentation; collect data, including implementing surveys, conducting interviews and moderating focus groups, and provide oversight to data management and complete data entry and data abstraction.
