Kalfani Ture administered the 2010 NAPA Student Paper Contest and the winners have been announced.
The contest judges were, Mary Butler, Elizabeth Nanas, Ken Anderson, Sabrina Scott, Melissa Stevens and Kalfani Ture. These judges gave detailed attention and thoughtful comments regarding the nine papers submitted for the 2010 NAPA Paper contest.
